In this case, you’ll need to contact your bank directly to request that the payment be unblocked.

4.Payment flagged by our risk assessment system

Our dynamic risk assessment identified this transaction as high risk. For security reasons, we’re unable to override this decision.

5.Your UUSKINS account is restricted

Payments cannot be processed while your account is under restriction.
