1. Deposits & Account Balance

All purchases on our platform are made using your UUSKINS account balance. Once funds are deposited, they will be credited to your account and can be used to purchase CSGO2 skins and other available items.

Deposited funds are generally non-refundable once credited, except as required by law or in special cases described below.

2. Refunds for Deposits

Refunds for deposits may only be granted if:

- A technical issue resulted in duplicate deposits.
- A deposit was made in error and has not yet been used for any purchase.
- Local laws or payment provider policies require a refund.

In such cases, please contact our support team at support@uuskins.com within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Item Purchases

All item purchases are final. Once a CSGO skin or other digital item has been delivered to your account, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to the nature of digital goods.

4. GDPR & CCPA Rights

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users in the European Union and California may have additional rights regarding refunds, withdrawals, and cancellation of services where applicable under law.

These rights do not override the nature of digital goods once delivered, but may apply to deposits not yet used or in cases of service failure or legal obligations.

5. Fraud & Unauthorized Use

If we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or a violation of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny refund requests and may suspend or terminate the related account.
