The Website primarily provides services for the sale of CS2 virtual items (hereinafter referred to as "Skins") through the Steam website. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing, registering for, or using the services on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please cease using the Website's services immediately. These Terms include important provisions concerning the limitation of liability, the choice of dispute resolution through arbitration rather than litigation, and your waiver of collective relief for claims arising from your use of the Website.
The Website's services are available only to natural persons who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use this Website. We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the modified Terms on the Website and notify you via the email address you have provided in case of material changes. Your continued use of the Website services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. USER'S WEBSITE REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
2.2 Account Registration
To use the Website services, you must register for an account via the Steam OpenID protocol ("Steam Authorized Login") and bind a valid email address. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information promptly to maintain its accuracy. Creating an account using false information or information not authorized by another person is prohibited.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials associated with your account (e.g., email verification codes, 2FA codes) and you assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company is not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of unauthorized use of your account, except as required by law.
2.2 Account Eligibility and Restrictionsn
You represent and warrant that you are a lawful resident of a country/region that is permitted to access and use the Website services. You further represent and warrant that you are not listed on any sanctions list nor restricted by any export control or anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to deny service to any user or geographic region based on our internal policies or applicable laws.
The Website reserves the right to prohibit access to the Website and/or services to residents of the following, without any compensation or explanation:
a. Residents of countries or regions subject to U.S. economic or trade sanctions, as defined at https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/Pages/Programs.aspx;

c. Persons acting on behalf of or representing anyone listed above or the government of a country or region subject to U.S. economic or trade sanctions;
d. Persons subject to sanctions or embargoes by any other United Nations, U.S., EU, Chinese, or any other sovereign state sanctions, or having any other connection to such sanctions;
e. Persons from the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus.
3. PAYMENTS AND FEES
Purchase Process
The purchase process on the Website is as follows:
1. You log in via Steam Authorized Login and bind a valid email address.
2. You deposit funds into your Website balance ("Balance").
3. You select goods and proceed to checkout.
4. The system deducts the amount from your Balance.
5. The Website sends you a Steam trade offer.
6. You accept the offer within the Steam client or web version.
7. The transaction is completed.
Prices and Fees
All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or other clearly indicated currencies and may include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes (if any). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect completed transactions. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases and authorize us to charge these fees through our designated payment processor(s).
Shipping and Handling
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling fees are included.
4. REFUND POLICY
Given the specific nature of virtual items, all sales are typically final and non-refundable, unless otherwise mandatorily required by law.

Refunds for deposited funds are only possible if:
• A technical issue resulted in a duplicate deposit.
• An amount was deposited erroneously and has not been used for any purchase.
• Required by local law or payment provider policy.
• Any approved refund will be credited back to your platform balance or original payment method, as determined
on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to handle refund requests at our sole discretion based on applicable laws and specific
circumstances.

5. FUNDS DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL RULES
Balance Deposit
You may deposit funds into your account balance via the payment methods supported by the Website (such as credit card, bank transfer, third-party payment services, etc.). Deposited funds may only be used for purchasing virtual items within the Website, may not be used for any other purpose, and are not redeemable for fiat currency, unless otherwise mandatorily required by law or explicitly stated in Website policy. All deposit actions are considered final and are generally non-refundable.
Balance Withdrawal
Typically, funds deposited into the account balance cannot be withdrawn. In rare special circumstances (e.g., an overcharge due to a Website error verified by us), the Website may, at its discretion, process a refund via the original payment method. 7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vertex Digital Global UK Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
• Your use or misuse of the Website services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or
publicity rights.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• The inaccuracy or incompleteness of information you provide.We reserve the right, at our own expense, to
assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you
agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER Vertex Digital Global UK Limited NOR ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE TRANSACTION. THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio and video files, interface design, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Website solely for the purpose of using the Website services. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Website or its content, unless expressly permitted by us in writing or as permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property rights related to the virtual items traded on the Website may belong to the game developer (e.g., Valve Corporation) or other rights holders. The Website does not claim any intellectual property rights over these virtual items themselves and merely provides sales services. You must comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's terms.
10. COPYRIGHT DISPUTE POLICY
The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires its users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your copyright, please submit a notice of infringement to us following the procedure below:

Please provide a written communication to our designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are
covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity
and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit
us to locate the material (e.g., the item URL).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, postal address, telephone
number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not
authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are
authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a notice that complies with the above requirements, the Company will take such action as it deems appropriate under the circumstances, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
Termination and Suspension
The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Website services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, etc.) shall survive.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, and any attempted assignment or transfer without our prior written consent will be void. We may assign these Terms and our rights and obligations regarding your account to any affiliate or as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.
Communication and Notices
We may provide notice to you by: (i) sending an email to the email address you provided; or (ii) by posting a notice on the Website. You consent to receive all communications in this manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is current and valid. You agree that all information you provide to us (including registration and transaction information) is true, accurate, and complete.
Further Assistance
You agree to sign and deliver to us all documents that may be reasonably necessary or appropriate to give effect to these Terms, or to maintain and perfect the rights of the Company, or to achieve the purposes of these Terms.
Force Majeure Events
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of non-natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, government actions, internet service interruptions, power failures, or service interruptions or policy changes of the Valve/Steam website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, provided that if you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident and retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
