What to Do If You Didn’t Receive a Trade Offer

First, please confirm that your Steam inventory is set to public, as a private inventory may prevent trade offers from being sent or received.

Orders are usually delivered within 30 minutes. During peak periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to higher system or network load.

If delivery exceeds the remaining time shown on the order page, the order will expire automatically and the full amount will be refunded to your UUSKINS account balance.

In such cases, there is no need to submit a support ticket, as the refund will be processed automatically.
