What Happens If I Do Not Accept the Trade Offer?

When your item is sold, you will receive a trade offer from our platform to your Steam account. You must accept this trade offer within 12 hours to deliver the item to the buyer. If you do not accept the trade offer within 12 hours, the order will be automatically canceled, the item will be unlisted from our platform, and the buyer will receive a full refund. Repeated failure to accept trade offers may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to list items for sale.
