Inventory public path: Open Steam, click the avatar in the top right corner - Inventory - More - Inventory Privacy Settings - Set Inventory Privacy to Public. Note: After setting the inventory to public, you need to wait 15-30 minutes for the settings to take effect, and then refresh the page to try again.
